Manage your Borrowing Limit

Brainiac Finance calculates how much you can borrow depending on the amount you’ve supplied as collateral. You control which assets can be used as collateral, which allows you to increase your Borrow Limit.

• An asset’s Collateral Factor determines the proportion of its value that can be borrowed. For example, if you’ve supplied $50 of UDSC which has a collateral factor of 60%, your Borrow Limit will increase by $30 (60% of $50).

• You can use the toggle on the right of the asset to enable or disable its use as collateral. Every time you click the toggle, you will need to confirm the transaction with your wallet.

• Bear in mind that if you disable an asset as collateral then your Borrow Limit will immediately decrease.
